Effective for all orders placed through our Shopify store
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Custom or personalized drinkware orders may require up to 5 business days for production before shipping.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Important: Please note that our suppliers have warehouses in numerous regions, hence in most cases the shipping costs would be much lower than quoted above. You can see the calculation when you select your products and enter the address on the website during checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Unique Drinkware Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Tracking Your Order
• A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. Delays & Exceptions
• Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holiday periods). We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
• Unique Drinkware Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
• If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and your local post office.
• For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• For orders lost in transit, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
